Cement is one of the basic materials in the construction industry,and the amount of cement used in the daily economic infrastructure construction is great.Along with the economic development of real estate,construction of highway,high-speed railway,the need to show a growth trend of cement.Cement production requires a complex production process,and the cement production process in the production environment,so using the new dry cement production technology and automatic control system,complete the production process,sintering cement raw material,is a complex physical and chemical process,which belongs to a complex system,there are many variables,big lag,nonlinear problems.The use of DCS system can realize automatic operation,remote monitoring,and remote control of the operating station,which can meet the requirements of automatic control in cement production.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Combined with the cement production process,the cement production process is reconstructed,and the overall architecture of the DCS system is designed.2.Fine control of the temperature of calciner in the new dry process cement production line,using fuzzy control,and introduces the three air temperature,the amount of raw material as the control boundary conditions,improve the control precision;thermodynamic simulation by FLUENT software of temperature,the decomposition characteristics of furnace internal temperature field,pressure field,further optimized control scheme,provide reliable theory support for engineering practice.3.The application of professional control software,combined with the optimization of process of development of configuration design,development of the decomposition furnace fuzzy control module,using mixed programming of Delphi and MATLAB,to communicate in order to achieve fine control of temperature by using a standard communication protocol and control software,and the optimization of monitoring picture UI.Finally,through test,this set of DCS control system is stable,convenient operation,good use effect on decomposition furnace temperature control is better than manual control and save fuel,not only create economic value for the enterprise,but also have a certain value.
