Design Of Testing Platform For Trackside Operation Control System Of Mineral Transportation

In the development process of the operation of control system,full-function testing based on simulation testing platform in the laboratory is an important part of testing completeness and correctness of the system function.Therefore,it is of theoretical significance and application value to study environmental simulation and fault injection technology and develop simulation testing platform in the laboratory.The trackside operation control system is vital part of operation control system.It is the crucial equipment to ensure the safe operation of the train and improve the transport efficiency.For the mineral transportation,which has the characteristics of automatic stevedoring and loaded train running on the straight line continuously,in this thesis,the operational principle of trackside operation control system was analyzed.Besides,the testing environment of the platform was established and the feature of the platform was verified.The main contents of the thesis are as follows.(1)The business process of mineral transportation and operational principle of trackside operation control system were analyzed.Based on this,functional requirements of testing platform was analyzed,and the overall design of the testing platform was completed,including the structural design of testing platform,the interface design between testing platform and mineral transportation trackside operation control system.(2)The hardware of testing platform for the trackside operation control system was developed,including hardware and software of the data driven and acquisition unit.(3)The overall design of primary functional software of testing platform for trackside operation control system was completed.Based on this,the trackside equipment state simulation,train running simulation and fault injection were completed,among which the train running simulation section includes the automatic train running simulation and the manual one.(4)The testing environment of testing platform for trackside operation control system was built.The function and interface of testing platform were tested and verified.The testing results show that the desired result of testing platform was achieved.
