| With the increasing depletion of conventional oil reserves,efficient exploitation of unconventional oil is imminent,but in China has been the exploitation of the oil field,there are huge heavy oil reserves have not been effective mining,accumulated nearly two billion tons.Because of the high wax content and high melting point,the reservoir is not easy to flow,which greatly restricts the output efficiency and output.Therefore,how to improve the fluidity of heavy oil will be the main factors for efficient exploitation of such reservoirs.In depth analysis of the physical characteristics of heavy oil,heavy oil high melting point is the main cause of heavy oil is not easy to flow,if the heavy oil heating,showing a high liquid state,can greatly improve its mobility.So,find out the temperature distribution in the wellbore reservoir,this rule used on measures to improve the temperature of heating oil,and the oil is easy to flow,it has a very important significance for the efficient exploitation of heavy oil.This paper will introduce the comparison of commonly used in oilfield production oil and gas lifting technology,comparing the advantages and disadvantages,applicability and is currently in the oilfield production usage principle,the problems focused on all kinds of lifting technology of heavy oil reservoir and used in oil field in pieces.Analysis of the characteristics of heavy oil reservoir,in-depth study of wells and strata in the temperature state of existence,by the knowledge of heat conduction,the heat of heavy oil in existing state,considering the wellbore and formation heat in the state equation using a variety of combination of electric heating wells or wells,with sparse wells aided process(i ncluding tubing and casing blending diluting)mathematical model and ESP wells in temperature conditions,to solve each model.Based on the model,combining with the measured data of production site in Daqing oilfield,produced in the presence of the wellbore temperature curve,and carried out the calculation,calculate the wellhead temperature and production wellhead temperature measurement of the average relative error is less than 8 per cent.Then,discusses the influence of various factors in the presence of the well temperature machine mining,the results of the study showed that when the relative water content of multi well,wellbore temperature in a slowly rising;electric heating well,between the heating position and wellhead heating position far away from the wellhead,the wellbore temperature decrease,when increasing the heating power,the well bore temperature rise.As for the dilution wells,the temperature change in the mixing position is more severe.When increasing the dilution quantity and increasing the distance from the wellhead,the temperature of the mixing position to the wellhead will be higher. |
