| In recent years,with the continuous development of die casting industry,even if the economy is not very good,because die casting product quality,production process,product precision has been improved,also makes the casting market maintained a good state.According to the market investigation shows,the output of die-casting mold is steadily rising each year.The rapid development of automobile,aerospace and other industries to improve the demand of mould,die casting industry in our country,both opportunities and challenges.However,the level of die casting mould manufacturing in China and the developed countries there are still some gaps,A pressing matter of the moment is to independent research and development and improvement of the indicators of die,rather than to imitate foreign products.Die casting products,a very important indicator is the process of die-casting mold temperature,which has a crucial impact on the quality of the product and the life of the mold.The main characteristic of die-casting temperature is slow cooling process,large energy consumption,if not controlled,which will directly affect the quality of the product,which requires in die casting process,to keep the temperature within a certain range.The mold temperature has the characteristics of large time delay,large inertia,nonlinear,and no accurate mathematical model,the traditional control method cannot achieve the precise control effect.Based on this problem,this paper designs a fuzzy neural network based multi die temperature control system.Because the casting mould is composed of a plurality of blocks together,so for each mold design of the circulating cooling water loop independent,by adjusting the loop cooling water valve opening time,mold temperature to drop,and ultimately achieve the goal of controlling.Fuzzy neural network is a hot research topic in the control field in recent years,fuzzy control and neural network are all based on non model,nonlinear system,fuzzy systems are good at expressing fuzzy,qualitative knowledge,lack of adaptive ability and self-learning,neural network has a good learning ability,but can’t use the rules based knowledge.A fuzzy neural network control system based on fuzzy neural network is designed,through MATLAB simulation,compared with the fuzzy control,the system response is faster,higher precision and better effect. |
