Current reservoir with polymer flooding in most of our scale,due to the change of displacement,leading produced qualitative changes in the physical and chemical properties of,especially with the produced liquid polymer concentration increased,wax removal difficult growing impact.Analysis of causes and influencing factors of oil well wax,we can find that the wax is an inevitable product of crude oil,due to the mining process,different levels of depth will have a certain degree of temperature and pressure,this inevitably makes the constant overflow of light chain components in crude oil,and finally crystals and large,plug the pipe diameter.Water flooding and polymer flooding due to flooding is the most significant difference between different levels of thick viscosity of the liquid polymer flooding well wax cycles shorten,if you follow the water flooding production wells pigging period,will not be able to cope with the production of polymer flooding situations will inevitably impact on the recovery level.Cannot therefore continue to apply under the condition of water flooding wax removal measures.Field tests of new wax technology research has become increasingly important,becoming the research focus of oil workers.This case study of North saertu development area,according to the actual polymer flooding of oil well wax effective analysis and field test.1)to zone c oil production plant and e oil production plant experiments,analysis of programme implementation,applicability of targeted contrast method.2)comparative analysis of polymer flooding with water flooding produced fluids and wax samples.3)summarizes well wax pattern and analysis of influencing factors of paraffin.4)wax on wax deposition profile simulation of shaft: the results showed that,under the same conditions of production,water and time,with the increase of concentration of polymer-bearing,increasing thickness of wax,paraffin also moved down,wax is more serious.5)development-DPW polymer viscosity reduction paraffin inhibitor and Rotary impact machine wax scraper and its adaptability.
