Experimental Research On Formation And Demulsification Of Heavy Oil Emulsion In Bohai Sea

Based on the background of heavy oil formation in the Bohai Sea,the formation and failure mechanism of the heavy oil emulsion in the Bohai area are summarized by the experimental study on the formation and destruction of the heavy oil emulsion in the Bohai area.First,the physical properties of the heavy oil produced in the Bohai Sea were analyzed.The change of viscosity and temperature of heavy oil and the viscosity of heavy oil were studied by indoor experiment.The water and production water quality of the formation were analyzed and the physical and chemical properties of heavy oil were determined.At the time of 65?,The viscosity of crude oil is 474.9mPa·s,the viscosity of crude oil is 9283.2mPa·s at 30?,the crude oil belongs to the typical heavy o il category,and the viscosity of crude oil varies greatly with temperature.The results showed that the mineralization degree of the produced water was 2315.38mg/L,the PH value was 8.93,and the mineralization degree of the injected water was 179.99mg/L,and the water content of the water was higher than that of the water-L,the p H value is 8.93.Summarizes the formation mechanism of heavy oil emulsion in Bohai Sea.The relationship between the emulsions and the emulsions of the emulsions was studied.The relationship between emulsions and emulsions was studied.The relationship between emulsification and emulsification was studied.The emulsified viscosity of the heavy oil was obtained at different temperatures,and the emulsification was obtained at 100?~150?.When the temperature is higher(higher than 150?),due to the higher temperature of the oil and water density generated by the larger,the resulting gravity of the sub-high The effect is obvious,high temperature on the emulsification produced a certain degree of damage.At the same time,the microcosmic characteristics of the heavy oil emulsion in the Bohai Sea were studied in depth,and the influencing factors of the heavy oil emulsion in the Bohai Sea were analyzed.The development of the research on the demulsification of crude oil emulsion was analyzed.O n this basis,the failure mechanism of the heavy oil emulsion in Bohai Sea and the type of demulsifier for oilfield are summarized,and the mechanism of demulsifier selection for the heavy oil emulsio n of Bohai Sea is put forward creatively.
