| Using substitution reaction and etherification reaction of octyl alcohol and epoxy chloropropane,the chlorinated alcohol ether was synthesized.Using the ring etherification reaction of chlorinated ethanol and sodium hydroxide,alkyl glycidyl ether was synthesized.Then,using the sulfonated reaction with sodium bisulfate,AG foaming agent(alkyl glyceryl ether sodium sulfonate)was synthesized.Analyzing of the synthesized product by infrared spectroscopy,the presence of AG foaming agent was determined.The synthesis conditions of the AG foaming agent were preferably selected.The optimum reaction molar ratio of n-octanol and epichlorohydrin was 1:1,the optimum reaction temperature was 70 ℃,the reaction time was 2h,the intermediate chlorinated alcohol ether was synthesized.The optimum reaction molar ratio of chlorinated alcohol ether and NaOH was 1:1,the reaction temperature was 85℃,the alkyl glycidyl ether was synthesized.The optimum molar ratio of the alkyl glycidyl ether and sodium bisulfite was 1:1.1,the reaction temperature was 170℃,the reaction time was 1.5 h,the alkyl glyceryl ether sulfonate was carried out.The foam composite index Fq and the stability of the foam of four kinds of laboratory foaming agents were determined by bubbling height and half-life experiment.The foaming agent base solution was determined by mixing experiments with AG foaming agent and four foaming agents.In addition,four kinds of foaming stabilizer were screened,and silicone polyoxyethylene ether was selected as the foaming agent of mixed foaming agent.Finally,the composite system was determined.It included the foaming agent with the synthetic AG foaming agent and fluorocarbon surfactant FC-30 which the mixed ratio was 1:1 and the concentration was 0.6%.The concentration of foaming stabilizer silicone polyoxyethylene ether was 0.2%.The temperature,oil resistance and salt tolerance of the foam composite system were evaluated.The system had better resistance to temperature.When the simulated oil content was less than 6%,the system performance was stable.When the degree of mineralization was less than 172×103 mg/L,the system performance was maintained.The experiment of laboratory single core flooding experiment was carried out to determine that the foam composite system could improve the oil displacement efficiency by15.13%,and it had certain application value. |
