At present,there are many serious problems of sand production in oil reservoirs ofthe world,it is one of the important problems in the process of oil exploration.The sand production not only increases the cost of crude oil production,but also affects the normal production of oil wells.It also increases the difficulty of oilfield management and restricts the effective development of oilfield.Therefore,the research and development of sand control technology is very important for the exploitation of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir.Sand control technology has been gradually improved and diversified development,through long-term practice and research of science and technology.Various kinds of sand control and sand control made sand control means rich,and promote the technological progress of sand as well.Base on the real production data,mathematic models of sand production prediction are built,by the relationship between the sand production rate of different series of strata,different areas and time intervals,oil production rate etc.,to solve the serious sand production problem of some wells in Z block of X oil field in Kazakhstan.Combined the sand grain size distribution regularities of cores and the characteristic of geology and reservoir of Z block with the real production situation of the oil field,the main reasons of sand production of formations are clarified.Base on the good methods and experience of sand control both in China and abroad,a proper sand control strategy of preventing sand by perforation,resisting sand in wellbore,carrying sand oil producion and washing sand by under-balance is given.Following the strategy,the main technologies situation are analyized,some adjustment suggestions are given and the more scientical,efficient and easy operational parameters redesign are given in Z block,such as completion,injection,artificial lift and so on.The reseach achivement of the thesis can be actively used to reduce the production cost and improve the efficiency of artificial lift of Z block in Kazakhstan.Meanwhile,it also guides the making sand control strategy,the optimizing and designing oil production technologies of the similarly unconsolidated sandstone reservior with heavey oil production in China and abroad in the future.
