The changes of temperature and relative humidity in the different spaces of the bulk flue-cured barn were different, and the changes of temperature and relative humidity affected the chemical reactions inside the tobacco and further affected the curing quality of the tobacco leaves. The changes of temperature and relative humidity in different airflow directions, different spaces and different times were studied in this experiment, which is to provide a theoretical basis for the guidance of reasonable filling and improving the curing technology. The main conclusions are as follows.1.The temperature and relative humidity changes were small in the early stage of yellowing and stem-drying,but large in the later stage of the yellowing and the leaf-drying during the curing process in boss air descending and air arising bulk flue-cured barn.2.There were some differences in the temperature and humidity of the different types of barn in the vertical directions. The distribution of the temperature of the upper layer was highest but lowest in lower layer, and the distribution of the relative humidity was lowest in the upper layer but highest in the lower layer. The law of temperature and relative humidity in the bulk flue-cured barn with air arise is opposite.3.There were some differences in the temperature and humidity between different areas in the horizontal direction in boss air descending and air arising bulk flue-cured barn. The temperature distribution rule was that the front temperature was lowest but highest in the rear. The relative humidity distribution rule was that the front relative humidity was highest but lowest in the rear.4.The vertical temperature and relative humidity differences of flue-cured barn with air descend was greater than the vertical temperature and relative humidity difference of flue-cured barn with air arise. The horizontal temperature and relative humidity difference of the flue-cured barn with air descend was less than the horizontal temperature and relative humidity difference of flue-cured barn with air arise.5.The proportion of green tobacco of the upper layer of tobacco leaves was higher than that of the lower tobacco leaves in flue-cured barn with air descend, and the browning rate of the upper tobacco leaves was lower than that of the lower tobacco leaves. The total sugar content of the lower tobacco leaves was slightly higher than that of the upper tobacco leaves, and the reducing sugar of the upper tobacco leaves was slightly higher than that of the upper tobacco leaves. The proportion of green tobacco of the lower layer of tobacco leaves was higher and the browning rate was lower in flue-cured barn with air arise. The proportion of green tobacco of the upper layer of tobacco leaves was lower and the browning rate was higher. The total sugar of the upper layer tobacco leaves were slightly higher than those of the lower layer, and the reducing sugar of the lower tobacco leaves was slightly higher than the upper layer. There were no significant differences in nicotine and total nitrogen contents between different types of barn and the difference between the chemical components was not significant.
