As unconventional oil resource and important alternative energy,oil shale is widely distributed in China and has a broad development prospect.However,there are serious pollution for oil shale opencast mining.On the other hand,in-situ exploitation technologies such as steam heating and electric heating are faced with the questions of high cost and low oil extraction.Therefore,a new method that is combining microwave heating,hydraulic fracturing technology and nanotechnology for oil shale in-situ exploitation was proposed.Based on the previous research work of microwave heating technology and oil shale in-situ exploitation methods,pyrolysis regularity of oil shale under microwave field was studied.As a result,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The method of oil shale in-situ exploitation as well as oil shale hydraulic fracturing technology and the application of nanomaterial assisting microwave heating were investigated.At the same time,economic feasibility of microwave heating oil shale was analyzed.Moreover,technical schemes that are improving permeability by hydraulic fracturing and assisting microwave heating for in-situ oil shale exploitation by nanomaterial were came up with.(2)Industrial analysis,X-ray diffraction whole rock analysis,element analysis,pyrolysis analysis and Fischer Assay analysis were conducted to evaluate the physical and chemistry properties of oil shale.(3)Nano magnetic material called and its dispersion were prepared by the method of chemical coprecipitation.Besides,the measurement of cyro-SEM,laser particle size and zeta potential were conducted to characterize the dispersions.Results were showed that dispersions maintain stable to some extent and are capable of being heated quickly under microwave field.(4)In order to simulate formation conditions more authentically,an apparatus which can provide basis for the following experiments for microwave heating oil shale at laboratory scale was designed and made.(5)According to three factors that are microwave output power,the ultimate temperature of oil shale and the amount of nanoparticles,nine orthogonal experiments with three factors and three levels were designed.Take production and quality of oil shale as objective function for comparing microwave heating method with conventional heating method and determine suitable parameter range.(6)At present,according to the problem of current research for microwave heating oil shale,technique improvement suggestions and theoretical guidance are put forward for existing experimental methods and technologies.
