| Ethylene oxide is a petrochemical downstream products,flammable and explosive,and its products are widely used in washing,printing and dyeing,and the pharmaceutical industry,is an important chemical raw materials,in the country is still in the state of supply and demand shortage.This paper will examine how to solve several problems based on DeltaV DCS system in reducing the cost of ethylene oxide production projects in chemical automation control,1.On-site valve instrumentation and transmitter equipment,a large number of high maintenance costs.2.DCS system design and installation cycle lead to longer production cycle,affecting plant efficiency.3.Ethylene oxide is a flammable and explosive high-risk chemical products,business safety costs are high.4.Remote automation valve instrumentation due to the relevant bridge construction and cable laying distance,high construction costs.5.Ethylene oxide production As a precision chemical production process,a huge number of automatic circuits,loop parameters set and investment rate directly affect the cost of production.This article will study how to solve the above problems based on DeltaV DCS control system,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the production cost of ethylene oxide. |
