Pu'er tea is a special tea in Yunnan province.Large quantities of Pu'er tea are inevitably mixed with a variety of impurities in the green tea picking,fixing,drying,acquisition,transportation,distribution,and other environments(such as leaves,feathers,stems,stones,earth,and so on).The presence of impurities not only affects the quality of tea,but also endangers the health of consumers.In order to carry out the removal of the impurities throughout the whole tea,Yunnan Menghai tea factory used the screening,vibration,wind,static electricity,artificial,and other means.However,the existing impurity removal process has many defects,such as long process,many links,large loss and artificial and low efficiency.According to the requirements of food hygiene standards of tea,it can only extract the physical solution.On the basis of the analysis and research of the existing impurity removal process by Yunnan Menghai tea factory.Therefore,Air separation is the most widely used in one way.For that reason,this paper based on FLUENT flow field analysis software.PRO/E software is used to build the flow field model of tea winnowing machine,and then divide the grid and simulate the flow field model of tea winnowing machine with FLUENT.Then through the experiment to find the existing equipment problems.Finally,improved winnowing machine structure to simulate flow field.As a whole,this paper discusses the general characteristic and the improvement of the structure of the tea winnowing machine.The main research work finished in this thesis is as following:(1)According to the characteristics of tea,the physical separation of tea and impurities by the mean of suspension separation principle,and then Aerodynamic Theory was introduced.The complicated tea leaves are simplified to equivalent spherical particles.In addition,FLUENT softwarewas used to simulate the separation process.(2)Establishing three-dimensional model of tea winnowing machine by PRO/E software.Meshing the model and setting the boundary conditions by ICEM-CFD software.Setting the process of numerical simulation and related parameters of tea winnowing machine by FLUENT software and conduct the numerical simulated analyze.(3)Collecting tea factory to carry out the production and processing of hair tea samples and shape classification,while the impurities contained in tea are also.classified.Through the experimental means to analyze the existing wind machine problems,find possible reasons.(4)According to the experimental analysis,it is concluded that due to the objective existence of the vortex in the air selection chamber,we will have some adverse effects on the wind selection results.In this paper,we have made some improvements to the structure of the tea winnowing machine,and obtained the optimal scheme through several different schemes.The use of computer aided analysis technology to improve the development of tea wind election machine,not only to speed up the development of tea wind election machine,but also reduce the design cost for the follow-up development to improve the wind machine to provide a reference basis.
