In recently years,the situations of air pollutions in our country are more and more stern,the laws,regulations and standards of environmental protectio n are stricter than ever.With the appearance on the stage of Emission Standar d of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants(GB13223-2011),special emissio n limits,Development and Reform Energy [2014] No.2093 and local ultra-low emission control requirements,the reduction of pollutants emission in coal-fire d plant have stepped into the stage of ultra-low one,which also propose a sev erer requirement for the development of electric power environmental protection.In this paper,a typical case of the ultra-low emission technological route of Sanhe Power Plant is proposed to study the effect on pollutant concentration,p hysical and chemical characteristics and removal efficiency by changing the op erating parameters of various pollutant control equipment downstream of the bo iler.By analyzing the coupling relationships among the various devices,the mo st environmentally friendly operational mode and the most economically operati onal mode of the system are put forward respectively,and the transformation r ules of pollutants are analyzed,which can provide the guidance for the econo mic operation of Sanhe Power Plant and other ultra-low emission technologies.This paper mainly includes the following:(1)The technical solutions of field testing were designed and introduced.The test object,method,and procedure were described.The measuring points a nd the monitoring instruments were introduced,and the contents of the monitor ing,the time and the selection of the samples were specified.(2)By arranging and analyzing the monitoring results,finding out the rel ationship between the smoke temperature and the concentration of SO3,the spe cific resistence of dust and electrostatic precipitator.The optimal scheme of the electrostatic precipitator was obtained by changing the parameters of the ESP.The relationship between operating conditions and desulfurization efficiency and smoke content was obtained by changing the working conditions of desulphuri zation facilities.By changing the relevant working conditions of WESP,the dis charge rules of pollutants under different working conditions were obtained.(3)Two optimistic operational modes and remedial measures in the event of an operational failure were proposed.
