Premixed gases in porous media combustion can not only broaden the lean burn limit,but also has significant advantages in terms of emission compared with the traditional open flame.In this paper,porous medium combustion technology is applied to the household gas stove,and the porous medium gas stove surface temperature characteristics are studied,including the following:Study on the stable time of the ignition starting process of porous medium gas range.In the process of gas stoves from fire started to stable combustion,analyzes the influence of thermal load,throttle opening and nozzle diameter on the surface temperature stability.The results show that with the increase of heat load,surface temperature stable time decreases;throttle opening gradually increases,the stability time decreased first and then increased;the nozzle diameter is larger,stability time become longer.Porous medium gas stoves in the ignition process,the experimental analysis of the field distribution change process,gas stove surface temperature results show that porous media in the fire,the surface radiation temperature gradually tends to be uniform,the surface of the highest and lowest temperature difference gradually decreases;when the temperature of the entire surface to be stable the minimum value and keep stable,uniform surface temperature distribution.In addition,experimental gas stove,gas and solid surface temperature change process,the study found that the gas-solid two-phase temperature through a process of rise and fall,and rise to the stability of the two process gas temperature higher than the solid temperature,finally a solid phase temperature is higher than the gas temperature,gas and solid temperature difference decreased gradually in the process of when in stable combustion,the temperature difference of the temperature with little change.Porous medium gas stoves in the ignition process,experimental study on the emission characteristics of pollutants in flue gas,the results showed that,CO in the flue gas concentration change and surface temperature uniformity of the porous media has a great relationship,the concentration of CO generation increased uneven surface temperature,when the surface temperature distribution,the concentration of CO the decreased value of a small and stable,and the CO,NOX concentrations in the national standard range.Study on surface temperature distribution characteristics of porous media gas range.The gas stove in the ignition after a period of time,in different gas heat load,throttle opening and nozzle diameter,a detailed analysis of the gas stove surface temperature distribution,the experimental results show that when the throttle opening,nozzle diameter,with the increase of heat load,the difference of gas stove surface maximum temperature and minimum temperature decreases and the average surface temperature increase;the thermal load and the nozzle diameter,with the throttle opening degree increases,the difference of gas stove surface maximum temperature and the minimum temperature for the first decreases and then increases,the average surface temperature increased then decreased;the thermal load and the door open for some time,with the increasing of nozzle diameter the difference between the gas stove surface maximum temperature and the minimum temperature for the first decreases and then increases,the average temperature gradually decreased.
