| With the continuous development of the world economy,resource consumption continues to increase.Due to the exploitation of underground mineral resources caused by land subsidence gradually become the major mineral resources of the countries facing serious environmental problems.As a mining power country.Iron ore reserves are very rich,Mine solid waste inventory and emissions are also very large.The regional subsidence of the mining area is frequent,so there is more and more research on the ground subsidence.In order to solve the problem of ground subsidence,how to use a lot of tailings in the process of mine mining to solve the environmental pollution and land occupation,and effectively solve a series of problems such as the collapse of goaf has become the subject worthy of study.The commonly used method is to use tailings to fill mine mined areas,on the one hand can support the surrounding rock,on the other hand can effectively reduce the depletion of ore.In this paper,Anhui Xu Lou iron ore project as the background,through the current national green mine policy interpretation study.In response to the national "safe mine,green production" under the call,the tailings filling material to explore the performance.And the filling of the filling material with suitable proportion is found.The ground settlement of different filling materials is compared and analyzed by numerical simulation.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the understanding of the theory of green mine,for the study of environmental protection policy interpretation,put forward from the policy,scale,communication three aspects to implement the green development concept.Based on the actual situation of Xu Lou mining area,the characteristic filling process and improvement method of Xu Lou iron ore are explored;(2)The selection of the filling scheme is determined by probing the test of the tailings filling material.The slump and the strength test were carried out to discuss the indexes of the filling materials under different concentration,different shade ratio,different power plant fly ash proportion.Analyze the different situations and find outthe optimal filling ratio suitable for the project.On this basis,for the improvement of filling cement to explore,to further save money;(3)Using Flac 3d numerical simulation software,through the analysis of the stability of the horizontal transport roadway,to determine whether the appropriate conditions under the support of the filling work.The model was established,and the filling slurry with suitable ratio was compared and the filling slurry under the condition of cement was improved.The settlement of the ground under two different conditions;(4)In order to solve the geological disasters of ground subsidence,the paper discusses the three aspects of filling materials,mining methods and post-disaster management respectively. |
