Study Of EPCM Application In B Company C Pharmaceutical Project

EPCM as one of them is used in multi engineering fields.But in current EPCM mode project,our contractor work most for construction part,which is not beneficial for the project management level enhancement,and domestic use of EPCM project management mode is still in exploration phase.Through documentation study,basing on project management thesis,to compare the difference between traditional project management mode and EPCM mode.Through the application study of traditional mode in C project Phase I,focus on analysis of the changes and duration delay,which caused the project over run of money and time delay,economy evaluation is made at project completion status,concluding that traditional project management mode is not applicable for this bio-pharmaceutical project.The later part is focus on the application analysis on EPCM mode in C project phase II,in combination of EPCM project mode features and some management methods,phase II was executed with good result,in time and cost.Through comparing the economy evaluation in phase I and II,the conclusion can be summarized as: EPCM project management mode in combination of proper management method has a good application effect in such kind of complex project,in consideration of long term application in B company,some suggestion is also raised,which provides valuable reference in EPCM application.
