In recent years,carbon black production becomes active because of the much demand for high-speed growth of the tire industry.Jianyang Carbon Black Company(a 120000tons/year)produces tail gas approximately 1.04×105Nm3/h,of which about 81677Nm3/h needs to be treated.On the basis of the investigations of the Jianyang Carbon Black Company and the Jianyang Thermal Power Plant,the optimization technology reformation scheme is put forward.The existing 260t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler is used to mix with carbon black tail gas in order to treat the second pollutants(NOx).The existing equipment utilization was optimized,the return on investment was improved,and the economic benefits of industrial chain were increased.Through the study of the circulating fluidized bed boiler mixed burning sludge and carbon black tail gas,transport black exhaust and combustion systems were designed.The best production process was obtained by debugging mixed charcoal black exhaust,sludge,coal combustion condition parameters and the implementation of SNCR + SCR denitrification process transformation.In addition to exhaust gathering portion and the transformation of co-firing boiler exhaust gas,waste gas power generation system makes full use of the existing equipments,the equipment investment was reduced by 150 million yuan(RMB).Compared to the pure SCR denitration technology,SNCR + SCR mixing denitration was the less investment with low operation and maintenance costs.NOx emissions can meet the standards(100mg/ Nm3)after the treatment.Analysts pointed out that the joint co-firing power plant with carbon black exhaust has a higher economic efficiency,and can be the promotion of universal significance.
