Research Of Evaluation Index System Of Oil And Gas Pipeline For Urban Areas

Oil and gas pipelines,as a kind of infrastructure across the land,in the normal operating condition is a kind of safe and reliable mode of transportation,but once caused by pipeline leakage accident occurs,will lead to serious consequences incalculable,thesis research on risk assessment in oil and gas pipeline,to fully understand the running state and danger section of the pipeline,so that technology in advance to take preventive measures to prevent the pipeline accidents.This paper analyzes the research status of oil and gas pipeline at home and abroad,combining the “11·22” Sinopec east yellow explosion accident leakage of oil conveying pipeline,pipeline leakage as the top event,Bow-tie model is established,the analysis of oil and gas pipeline planning is not reasonable and lack of emergency rescue is the heavy casualties caused by the loss of important reasons.Paper in view of the traditional evaluation method is applied to Kent town to the defects of the oil and gas pipeline risk assessment,and from the pipe planning,design,construction,operation,maintenance and other pipeline life the whole process of building the town of oil and gas pipeline risk evaluation index system,compared with the traditional evaluation index Kent,increased the two level indexes,constitutes the indicators including planning,third party damage,corrosion,design index,wrong operation,the emergency of new evaluation index system,and through the questionnaire and consulting expert opinion and the suggestion on the targets of refined modified and perfected.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each index in the index system,according to the weight value determines the scores of each index,key and emergency planning is given in each of the secondary and tertiary indicators score criterion.Use of new towns to build oil and gas pipeline risk evaluation index system of east yellow double line(Qingdao),a comprehensive appraisal is made on the oil and gas pipelines,calculated by rating section belongs to medium risk area 1,section 2belong to high risk area,section 3 belongs to medium risk area.According to the evaluation results,the countermeasures are put forward.Verified the improved evaluation model of Kent able to reflect the whole life cycle from the pipe concrete comprehensive pipeline risk,pipeline risk management to provide decision-making basis for the future.
