Fennel(Foenculum vulgare Mill.)has a long history of planting in our country,which is the Ministry of Health announced the food and medicine items,it contains about 18% of the fat,which is rich in unsaturated fatty acids,and contains sterols,saponins,Amino acids,vitamins and minerals,alkaloids,flavonoids and tannins and other physiological active ingredients,with high food and medicinal value and many physiological effects.Subcritical extraction technology has been widely used in the research of natural product extraction and has been paid more and more attention.Therefore,according to the research and utilization status of fennel resources,the subcritical extraction technology was used to extract the fennel oil resin,the extraction process was optimized,the amino acid of the fennel meal was detected,the physical and chemical properties of the oil resin were analyzed and the composition analysis and the extract in the application of cigarettes in the study of the rational development of fennel resources and comprehensive utilization of important practical significance.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the subcritical extraction of fennel oil was studied by sub-critical extraction of fennel oil.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: liquidsolid ratio 25 m L/g,extraction time 45 min,extraction temperature 60℃,under this condition the yield of fennel oil was 12.79%.The results of response surface optimization show that the effect of liquid-solid ratio and extraction time on the yield of oil resin is greater than that of extraction temperature during the extraction process.The interaction between extraction temperature and extraction time,extraction temperature and liquid to solid ratio was not significant,and the interaction between extraction time and liquid to solid ratio was significant.Secondly,the amino acid composition of the fennel meal after subcritical extraction of oil resin was analyzed.A total of 17 kinds of amino acids were detected,among which 7 were amino acids.The fennel oil and the net oil were prepared by subcritical butane extraction,supercritical CO2 extraction and n-hexane extraction respectively.The main components of the obtained oil resin were unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid and linoleic acid.The differences in fatty acid composition The subcritical method is superior to the other two methods in terms of acid value,iodine value and peroxide value.The three kinds of fennel oil are identified as 22 kinds of different kinds of oil compounds,there are some differences in the composition of compounds,but there are some differences in the content,the main components are trans-anethole,and the order of the order of subcritical> supercritical> organic solvent method.Finally,the application of caffeine subcritical butane extract in cigarettes was studied.The determination of active oxygen free radical content in mainstream flue gas,the determination of 7 kinds of harmful components in cigarette smoke and the sensory quality evaluation of cigarettes were carried out on experimental cigarettes with fennel oil and fennel oil.The results showed that the scavenging effect of fennel oil on the active oxygen free radicals in the mainstream smoke was obvious and the effect on the release of 7 harmful components in the mainstream flue gas was not affected by the appropriate dosage.In addition,fennel oil can improve the aroma,improve the aroma,so that the smoke soft and delicate,reduce irritation.
