Research On Design Of Elderly Intelligent Kitchenware

Food is the first necessity of the people.Regardless of how society develops and changes,kitchen utensils are always regarded as an essential part of our home life.Intelligent kitchen utensils are the product of the era of artificial intelligence,and its production and development is not only the exploration of human wisdom,but also a vivid portrayal of social civilization and progress.At present,the problem of population aging is increasing which will lead to a distinct social impact.Although,our economic level is in the stage of developing countries,the aging rate has caught up with developed countries,but the aging product market is some deserted.For the elderly,kitchen is the main area of activity,as a result,the safety and convenience of kitchen utensils are closely related with the elderly’s life and health.Just as the saying goes,filial piety is the most important of all virtues.China has always praised Confucian culture.Under such a historical and cultural background,we should pay more attention to the elderly life and health services,etc.In this paper,with the problem of the increasing aging of population as the starting point,through the analysis of the elderly physiological and psychological characteristics,differences in consumer psychology and ideas,and other aspects,the author introduced the smart kitchen products proper for market and consumers.It is hoped that the research of this subject can draw more attention to the elderly population,to improve their life quality,to design and produce the intelligent kitchenware which can be used for the elderly,so that the elderly can enjoy the convenience brought by the intelligent era.
