Contaminated site problem is an obstacle to both economic growth and urban development.Especially the groundwater pollution,which is hard to detect and remediate,has become a threaten to water resource.In recent years,groundwater remediation is on progress in China and many remediation techniques are introduced into the field.However,how to make it efficient,safe and economic turns into a major problem,since lake of efficient management measures.This paper aiming to this situation,worked on decision frame based on AHP and MC.The main research content is as follow.1.After investigating in paper and cases at home and abroad,collected nine reliable groundwater remediation techniques containing its concept,limitation and case information.Built a technique information database.2.After identifying the decision contest and aims,raise a criteria system including 5 dimension and 21 parameters.Especially in effectiveness dimension,implement distribution description instead of single number or words description,which avoided the ignoring of uncertainty and risk.Also a technique comparison matrix is constructed,based on database and criteria system mentioned before.3.AHP decision frames were constructed for each dimension,also the scoring method.Besides,the MC method is implemented into the score simulation,since the distribution description can not be calculated directly by AHP.Then combining the frame and score method together,the screening method was accomplished.4.Finally,this method is implemented with R.A case study in a chromium contaminated site is used to testify the tool.The decision tools brought in this paper could make up the flaws came with lake of experience and single number description.It also gives the contaminated site groundwater remediation screening a new idea and a possible solution. |
