With the development of social economy and the acceleration of industrialization process,people's living standards have gradually increased.While people enjoy the convenience of science and technology,the pollution caused by industrial coal burning also hurt people at the same time.SO2 and NOx produced by coal combustion have caused serious harm to the environment.As the largest coal production and consumption country in the world,in order to reduce environmental pollution,China has developed a series of policy to limit the emissions of SO2,NOx and other pollutants.To meet the national and regional political requirements,a chemical fertilizer plant form a complete set of 600000 t/a nitro compound fertilizer of 35 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler desulfurization and denitrification system design.The main contents of the design study include the following parts:?1?Comparison of desulfurization and denitrification process.This paper analyzes the characteristics,processes and principles of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology,and compares from the applicable conditions,efficiency,consumable situation,economic benefit and engineering cost of these methods.Combined with the actual situation of the fertilizer plant conditions and flue gas desulfurization and denitrification of the relevant requirements to determine the best desulfurization technology for ammonia desulfurization,the best denitrification technology for SNCR denitrification.?2?Design of structures and related equipment.According to the selected desulfurization and denitrification process,the actual situation and processing requirements of the plant area,the absorption tower,the slurry circulation device,the spraying and stirring device of the desulfurization system,the reducing agent spraying system,the ammonia solution storage and preparation system,the water supply and drainage treatment system of the denitrification system and other relevant facilities were designed for specific.?3?Desulfurization and denitrification operation analysis.Based on the previous examples of operation and the actual situation of the plant,the operation and the efficiency of the desulfurization and denitrification system are analyzed.It is suggested that the desulfurization efficiency of ammonia desulfurization system can be above 98.5%.The SO2 concentration of flue gas is less than 50mg/Nm3,the denitrification efficiency of SNCR denitrification can reach more than 50%.The NOx concentration of the flue gas is less than 100mg/Nm3,which is in accordance with the relevant provisions of SO2 and NOx emission concentration.And desulfurization products can be used as fertilizer,increasing the economic benefits of the plant.
