From the environment date now,in the current situation of our country,the form of air pollution is still serious,and the total amount of nitrogen oxides emissions still ranked first in the world.Air pollution is more and more concerned by the relevant departments,and established a number of related emission standards.Therefore,flue gas denitration situation is more severe in the production process.This project is based on a project of industrial boiler flue gas denitration transformation,and the main purpose of this topic is to develop a set of control system that can accurately spray ammonia and reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxides,so that it can meet the national emission standards.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status and development trend of the topic,along with the background and significance of the research.And on this basis the main content of the research was further investigated.Secondly,the control quantity of industrial boiler is described and analyzed in detail,including the whole process of SNCR denitration technology,and the application of SNCR control system.And on this basis,having an intimate knowledge of the relevant technical requirements and technical parameters and according to the requirements of the design of the system control strategy.In order to complete the fuzzy PID control which is the main regulator and the ammonia flow PI adjustment for the auxiliary regulator,then a cascade control loop is formed,and based on this theory,the control model of the controlled object is built.By using Matlab/ Simulink,the control strategy is simulated and discussed.Then complete the related hardware design and software design work according to the actual needs of the project.The hardware design includes the selection of equipment of each part of the system,hardware configuration and network configuration;and The software design includes control program on SIMATIC PLC programming software STEP7 and the design of monitoring software on WinCC7.0 monitor screen.To realize the automatic monitoring and control of the flue gas denitration system,to ensure that the NOx emission is not higher than the set value.Finally,the system is debugged in laboratory.On this basis,the stability of the control system,the accuracy of the controlled parameters and the response speed of the actuator are analyzed and studied.Then,the prospect of the research is summarized and the future research direction is discussed.
