There is no reliable suture technique for 3LPE anti-corrosion pipelines at present.Though liquid epoxy coating with heat shrinkable tape is widely used currently,the antisepsis performance at sutures constructed cannot reach that of 3LPE antisepsis.The uniform worse suture and cannot fuse into a whole between antisepsis layers and pipe.Some defects shall appear at suture because the connection between antisepsis layers and pipe is often destroyed by the actions of temperature and soil stress.These defects shall play down the integrated antisepsis classification,make the antisepsis effect of common antisepsis layers worse than that of 3LPE antisepsis layers,and shorten the life-span of pipelines.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward the technology of using the hot plastic material for suture technique.Air bag suture method and steel hoop method is designed.Two devices for suture technique are made.Silica gel heating sheet or stainless steel heating sheet melts suture material,air bags or steel supply pressure,which greatly increase the bonding strength of the suture material to the epoxy layer,and make the suture material and the two ends of the prefabricated anti-corrosion layer completely fuse into a whole.Through the experimental optimization technological process,the experimental samples were detected with reference to GB/T 23257 and the use of construction site,the practicability of the two techniques was verified.This technique has the advantages of simple equipment,low price,convenient operation,automatic process,good effect,and so on.It provides a simple,effective,economical and practical suture technology for 3LPE buried pipeline.
