Washing is a high-water consumption in the down processing,With the continuous increase of down production and the requirement of the domestic and overseas market,the quality of the fine washing down is more and more strict.Washing processing water consumption and production cost will be more and more high,tap water is not suitable for the development of the enterprise,so it’s imperative to wash down water reusing for fine washing process.It is very different in the quality of reuse water and tap water;In this paper,oxygen number;cleanliness;electrical conductivity;total solids content;pH;foaming Performance and stability and other indicators of untreated sewage,reuse water,tap water are analysised.the results showed that:Tap water quality is better than water,reuse water quality is significantly higher than untreated sewage;but three washing foaming Performance is a huge difference.The quality and decontamination efficiency of reuse water can be evaluated by the detection system of oxygen number;cleanliness;electrical conductivity;total solids content;pH;foaming Performance and stability and other indicators.Based on the analysis and study of the components of reuse water,find out the main material for the influence of washing water foaming performance;The quality of the washed down with the reuse water is analyzed,find out the correlation between the quality of washed down and foaming properties;Down dust and washing process are studied;the results showed that:(1)The influence of various factors on foaming properties are analyzed by the method of single factor analysis;the effects of salt,hardness,oil,anionic surfactants on the foaming properties are significant;especially,when salt concentration at 0.5g/L,or the concentration of CaCl2 in water at 0.1 g/L,or anionic surfactants at 0.006g/L,the foaming ability of water reached the maximum.When the concentration of oil is about 0.008g/L,the effect of oil on the foaming ability more remarkable.(2)Washing down by using the same fine washing process,with different water quality;Washing down with the optimized process;testing the quality of down.The results show that:Water quality is very important for washing down;to some extent,when water have stronger decontamination ability,the foaming capacity usually higher;the washed down have better quality at the same process conditions.The foaming ability of water quality is effectively improved by optimized process,the quality of the down with washed also is effectively improved.(3)The down dust is tested by extraction,dissolution,macro and microscopic morphology methods.The results show that:dust content is lower in down,divided into two kinds of soluble and floating.The floating dust mainly exists in the form of massive,rod-shaped,filamentous,irregularly shaped;The fracture surface of dust is neat,layers of peeling,fibrillated,Powdering,abrasive and other morphologies;There is a close correlation between the down dust and the processing technology and quality.
