Rotary steering drilling technology is the highest development stage of modern drilling technology,and compared with the previous drilling ways,it is characterized with more precise hole trajectory control,shorter drilling cycle and higher wellbore quality.It is widely used in horizontal wells,ultra deep wells,large displacement wells and highly complex directional wells,of which implementation of the development will be the main trend of the drilling technology development.The development of the rotary steering drilling system is the core of the rotary steering drilling technology development,and developing rotary steering drilling system with commercial usage value has important strategic significance to improve the international competitiveness of China's oil industry.This paper compares the existing structure forms of the rotary steering drilling system,puts forward a new kind of rotary steering drilling tool design scheme,finishes the parameter design,structure design and checking calculation,and analyses the steering ability of the designed drilling tool.Based on the basic principle of mechanism theory,combining with the working principle of fully rotating built-in tool,builds the kinematics model of steering mechanism,carries on kinematics analysis,and puts forward the tool angle and tool-face angle adjusting conditions of the steering mechanism on this basis.It was established that the three-dimensional model of the steering mechanism by Solidworks,completed kinematics simulation and verified the correctness of the adjust conditions.This article has also established the dynamic model of fully rotary built-in tool steering mechanism,the rigid body dynamics model of eccentric ring set mechanism and guide shaft vibration model,respectively,uses Newton's second law,Lagrange equation method and transfer matrix method to complete dynamic analysis,and obtains the dynamic response of the steering mechanism and eccentric ring set mechanism and the natural frequency of the guide shaft.By using finite element analysis software ANSYS,completes the modal analysis of guide shaft and structural static analysis of the steering mechanism rotary coat,and checks the strength of rotary coat.
