| With the exploration and development of oil and gas resources continue to develop to the deep strata,as a key component of water-based drilling fluid system treatment is facing a high temperature and salt and calcium intrusion of severe test,research and development of resistance to salt and salt with anti-The loss of water loss of water-based drilling fluid treatment agent,as China’s oil field of new topics.It is based on the molecular structure design theory and the structural characteristics of the existing anti-temperature and salt-resistant treatment agents,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM)Monomer,using potassium persulfate as the initiator and pure water as the reaction solvent,the AMPS/AM/AA was synthesized by free radical copolymerization.The reaction conditions such as the amount of initiator,total monomer concentration,monomer ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and so on were optimized by investigating the change of product inhibition,rheology and loss of filtration capacity under different synthesis conditions.The optimal reaction conditions for the preparation of inhibitory anti-high temperature drop agent AMPS/AM/AA were studied.The polymer AMPS/AM/AA was characterized by IR spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The results showed that the polymer contained the main functional groups and the molecular weight was moderate,and the product had good thermal stability Performance,can be anti-330℃ high temperature.The results showed that when the amount of polymer AMPS/AM/AA was increased by 1%,the filtration rate of the base pulp was not increased from 27.6 m L before entry,and the results showed that when the amount of AMPS/AM/AA was 1% To 3.2m L and the rheological properties were improved.Under the addition of the combined brine base slurry system(the addition of Na Cl was 5% and Ca Cl2 was 0.8%),it could be maintained at a low temperature after aging at 220℃ for 16 h The results show that AMPS/AM/AA has excellent resistance to salt loss and resistance to salt loss,and this is also demonstrated by comparison with TZGJ-1 and GT-888.The results show that the polymer AMPS/AM/AA does not break down within 30 min and the filtration loss does not exceed 50 m L.The mechanism of AMPS/AM/AA was studied by laser particle size distribution analyzer.The results showed that the addition of AMPS/AM/AA enhanced the hydration and dispersion of clay particles The ability to form a protective effect on the fine particles and thus prevent the collision of coalescence,is conducive to the system through the tight accumulation between the particles to form a dense filter cake,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the amount of filtration and inhibition of clay expansion. |
