With the advancement of science and technology,the energy source shortage and environmental degradation are getting more and more serious.Ordinary glass to a lot of solar radiation into the room lead to temperature rises with increase the energy consumption of air conditioning systems,Due to Access to the infrared radiation.Ultraviolet radiation to accelerate the aging of items and hurt the human body.Thus,we hope that the glass possess reflect-infrared and absorb-ultraviolet while through visble.So to achieve that the reflection of infrared radiation at the same time shielded ultra-violet is the inevitable trend of development of architectural glass,which also attracted the attention of the majority of researchers.On the current domestic application of the status of multi-purpose glass,the majority of the use of laminating,which high cost is not conducive to the popularity of the product application.In this paper,the factors affecting cerium and tin target sputtering power,working gas flow,the Ar/O2 flow ratio,and gas pressure on optical properties analysed and researched by orthogonal experiment method.Ce-Sn-O thin film were grown on glass via a magnetron co-sputtering process based on cerium and tin target,Respectively,argon and oxygen as the supptering gas and reaction gas.The Ce-Sn-O thin film possess excellent ultraviolet shielding performance and a high visible transmittance,which to ensure daily illumination.The average transmittance of visible was 80%or more,and the transmittance of UV was only 2.33%.The effect of AR/O2 flow ratio and tin target sputtering power on the microstructure and optical properties of the films was studied by controlling the variables.The structure,morphology and composition of the film were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Finally,the optimal level combination obtained in the orthogonal experiment is used as the process parameter,Ce-Sn-O/FTO composite thin films glass was prepared by self-made FTO glass as sputtering substrate.The glass deliver outstanding ultraviolet shield and infrared reflection.The study of optical properties shows that the UV and visible transmittance of the composite film depends on that the performance of the film with lower transmittance in this range.In addition,the binding properties of FTO films and Ce-Sn-O/FTO composite films were compared.The film can effectively improve the scratch resistance of FTO film,With The FTO film as the base film,Ce-Sn-O film as the top membrane.The glass showed outstanding practicability which can reflect more than 90%of the infrared radiation,visible light transmittance of 71.38%,ultraviolet light transmittance of 5.1%.
