Enzymatic hydrolysis anaerobic sludge research,mainly based on enzymatic reaction speed up the degradation rate of organic matter in extra-cellular polymers,improve the transformation of substances For example,macromolecule proteins are easily hydrolyzed to produce a variety of small molecules that can be used by microorganisms,etc.,through the catalytic action of enzymes.Thus promote the digestion and hydrolysis of sludge.This essay is to explore that adding the Protease;Amylase;Cellulose alone or blend influence on the targets of anaerobic sludge hydrolysis,for SCOD/TCOD,reducing sugar,NH4+-N,VSS removal rate.Explore the feasibility of enzymes used to promote sludge hydrolysis,by mechanism analysis.When the concentration of Amylase was 0.3 g/L and the reaction time was 60 hours,the hydrolysis efficiency of SCOD/TCOD was the highest,and the higher the value,the better the hydrolysis effect of the sludge.When the concentration of Amylase was 0.6g/L and the reaction time was 12hours,the reducing sugar had the highest treatment efficiency.It means that carbohydrate hydrolysis is in the best condition.When the Protease concentration was 0.3 g/L and the reaction time was 24 hours,the relative increase of NH4+-N was the highest.when adding amount of Protease is 0.6 g/L and the reaction time was 48 hours,the maximal removal rate had the highest treatment efficiency.It is interpreted that anaerobic sludge into the largest trend of inorganic,but also that anaerobic sludge reduction.It was found through experiments that the hydrolysis performance of the carbohydrates decreased after a certain period of time.The Amylase in a certain stage,cooperate with thermophilic bacteria can hydrolysis of a certain amount of protein.Secondly,the essay studies that Effect on anaerobic digestion and hydrolysis of sludge by two kinds of enzyme group mixing up.When the mixing ratio of Amylase and Protease was 2:2 and the reaction time was 12hours,the maximum relative increase of SCOD/TCOD was the highest.When the Cellulose and Protease were mixed,the reaction time was 60 hours,the maximum value of NH4+-N was the best.When the ratio of Cellulose:Protease was 2:2 and the reaction time was 24 hours,the reducing sugar content of the hydrolysis was the highest.When the Cellulose and Protease were mixed with 2:3,the reaction time was 12 hours,the maximal VSS removal rate was the biggest.When the mixing ratio of Amylase and Protease was 2:3,the reaction time was 60hours,the reduce water content was the biggest.The optimal scheme for accelerating the acidification of sludge was 2:2 for Cellulose and Protease,and the reaction time was 60hours,though studying the content of isobutyric acid in VFAs.Promote the acidification stage is to add greater the amount of Protease too produce inhibition.In the last chapter of experiment showed that Amylase,Cellulose and Protease accorded with first-order kinetics.Through the enzyme catalysis to promote the hydrolysis of anaerobic sludge research,select the appropriate enzyme and mix different enzymes,by promote the degradation of macromolecules for the handling of small molecules to promote the hydrolysis of anaerobic sludge.
