With the development and expansion of the industrial zone,water quality becomes worse and worse.The contradiction between economic development and environmental protection urges industrial transformation.Thus,the research of ecological benefit and pollution issues in industrial zone plays very important role in environmental and ecological remediation.Taking Taopu Industrial River,Xiaozhai River,Zhangjing River,Hongqi River as examples,this thesis assesses the water quality of the four rivers from September 2015 to August 2015,evaluates the sediment quality of Taopu Industrial River,Xiaozhai River,Zhangjing River in December 2015,March 2016,June 2016 and September 2016.Based on historical data of rivers gathered by our research group,the thesis analyses variation of water quality.Researched on the distribution of water quality and sediment pollutants in different points of the three rivers,the thesis analyses pollution impacts of water quality.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Water quality of four rivers was assessed.The result show that the water quality of four rivers worsens from north to south,from east to west.Three of them-Gongye River,Xiaozhai River and Zhangjing River-are worse than water quality standard V,Hongqi River is in standard V.Gongye River is malodorous.Four rivers are eutrophied.N and P are the main pollution parameters of the four rivers.(2)The sediment quality of three rivers was assessed and metal pollution was analyzed.The results show that organic matter,TP and TN in sediment were serverely polluted.The sediment quality level of the three rivers from high to low was as follows,Gongye River>Xiaozhai River>Zhangjing River.Sources of organic matter in sediment of the three rivers are from aquatic plant,phytoplankton and algae.Cu and Cd are the main pollution parameters of Industrial River.The load of the metal pollution decreased,but the sediment pollution is still severe.(3)The variation of water quality of Indutrial River in recent ten years is discussed.The result indicates that the pollution level decreased first and then decreased.The mean P value is larger than 1,and A value is larger than 4.The water is severely polluted,and main pollution parameters are NH4+-N.OM of sediment in the level I.TN and TP are riched,and sediment is severely polluted.(4)The reason of water quality variation of rivers in the industrial area is discussed,and the result shows that external pollution discharge was the main source of water pollution of three rivers.Factories and population are very intense in Taopu industrial area.Industrial waste,sewage and,and restaurant waste were discharged illegally to the rivers.Aquatic plant and natural buffer restored the water to some extent.The C/N values of sediment quality were larger than 8 in the three rivers,which indicates sources from land were the main impact,followed by internal pollution.NH4+-N and TP pollution were main from external sources,and the impact of internal sources was small.
