The traditional water treatment equipment has a low adaptability to the change of raw water flow and water quality,which causes the common phenomenon of the instability of the Sudden change in water quality.According to the theory of vortex flocculation,this article design Adjustable turbulent vortex flocculation tank to solve this problem.Testal study found,By arrangement curved blade and the management of the revolving angle of blades,better effects of flocculation appears and the quality of water outlet has been improved obviously.This article first introduces the structure of colloid and colloid detachment stable,then making detailed elaboration of the theory of vortex flocculation and turbulence vortex flocculation theory.Based on the platform of traditional reciprocating partition flocculation tank,it has designed an adjustable turbulent vortex flocculation tank.The flocculation process was studied by controlling the turbidity of the raw water,the raw water flow,the flocculant flow rate and the blade rotation angle,Get the best case under different control variables circumstances.In contrast to the testal study of the traditional flocculation tank,this paper not only explores the flocculation effect of the 12-channel tunable turbulent vortex flocculation tank,but also innovatively adjusts the turbulence vortex flocculation.By studying the flocculation effect of the two corridors in the flocculation tank,the understanding of the flocculation mechanism is deepened.The initial reaction process of the flocculation tank is the initial stage of the flocculation reaction and is a very important part of the flocculation process.Two corridor flocculation test,the same raw water flow,different raw water turbidity,different blade conditions,the first and second corridor blade angle is 45 ?,the best flocculation effect.In the twelve corridor flocculation tests,Different raw water flow,different raw water turbidity,different flocculant flow,different blade conditions,the corridor leaves less leaves than the flocculation effect is not good,While the blade angle is 45 ° better than 0 ° flocculation effect.From the test results available,In the reciprocating partition flocculation tank to install the appropriate angle curved blade group flocculation process will play a very good role in promoting,It is known from the power of flocculation that the density(inertia)of water and water particles is not the same,When the velocity of the water changes(the average speed of water flow or the direction of flow of water),it will cause the water particles and water flow relative movement,which for different scales of particle collision provides the power conditions.The flow of water through the curved blade will produce vortex,vortex generation changes the flow direction to change the flow rate,and ultimately cause the particles and water flow relative movement,flocculation to create a hydrodynamic conditions.Therefore,by controlling the blade angle to produce the appropriate scale of the vortex,can create favorable hydrodynamic conditions for flocculation,thereby increasing the effective number of colloidal particles collision,and ultimately the formation of dense floc precipitation,to reduce the water turbidity effect.
