Design And Research Of The Monitoring And Warning Information Management And Sharing System Of Mountain Flood Disaster In Tianjin

Tianjin city flood disaster monitoring and warning information management and sharing system is an important part of the construction of non engineering measures for flood prevention and control of flood disaster,and is also a part of the national flood control and drought relief command system.Tianjin municipal mountain flood disaster monitoring system is built on the basis of the county level monitoring and early warning system.The county monitoring and early warning system provides all the information,the monitoring data and the video of the project site,and the three parts are connected by the data to realize remote monitoring and information sharing.Through the system construction,realize the central,Tianjin,Jixian County information sharing,and the hydrological,meteorological,and land departments to establish a data sharing mechanism and network Unicom,to achieve information sharing between departments.In this paper,based on the monitoring and warning information management and sharing system of mountain flood disaster in Tianjin,the technical design route,requirement analysis,design and system implementation of the system are described in detail.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Using XML and Service Web based system integration solutions to solve the system is difficult to solve the problem of cross platform.Implementation and integration of existing business systems.(2)Through the receiving system for county reported hydrology,rainfall,early warning information,engineering and other data,realize the integration with the jurisdiction of the County flood warning system.(3)System in the development of Windows software,the use of the graphical interface technology,so that the management decision-making more intuitive.Tianjin city flood disaster monitoring and early warning information management and sharing system,has completed a variety of formal input operation before the test,running well.The design and development of the system provides a very important technical support for the group of Tianjin city flood prevention and control system.
