Piping system is the most basic engineering structure of mass flow,momentum flow or energy flow transmitting.And pipeline vibration is a common problem in system,it will make different effects in different levels of vibration on production,light to make operators feeling uncomfortable,distracting the attention,and reducing work efficiency;in severe cases,it will produce pipeline fatigue damage and leakage,even will directly make fracture of relevant parts,and easily lead to secondary major accidents.Due to the limited area of the mining area for petroleum industry,especially the offshore oil industry,pipeline layout usually adopts the principle of proximity equipment,which result to a section of the elbow,tee in oil or enterprise follow-up of new project establishment or project adjustment process.In the process of the oil industry,the fluid is usually high pressure,large flow and gas-liquid unsteady fluid,which has a continuous and serious impact on the pipeline.After LD10-1 oilfield in the third phase of the project was completed,the CEP platform came out a phenomenon that due to the elbow and three links,high pressure,high flow of crude oil on the pipeline impact is particularly serious,severe vibration pipeline,resulting in pipeline instrumentation.In view of the above problems,this paper researches on the technology and mechanism of pipeline vibration damping mechanism,pipeline,attempt to apply the reduction of vibration force,vibration frequency regulating pipeline and other measures,the installation of flexible connection device for the transformation of the pipeline,and part of the main support to optimization and upgrading.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)By the investigation and analysis of pipeline vibration mechanism and kinetic parameters of fluid flow,fluid,the fluid and the flow of solid coupling characterization of pipeline vibration,mechanism of pipeline vibration technology and traditional vibration isolation technology in LD10-1 oilfield CEP platform application proposed cuts exciting force can greatly reduce the vibration of the pipeline,and make sure that the core problem is how to effectively release the fluid on the impact of the pipeline;(2)Reserching in the design,installation and construction of flexible connecting device,the results show that the LD10-1CEP platform can achieve the effect of vibration reduction by using the compound free expansion joint;(3)Through the comparison of the vibration of the pipeline before and after the follow-up,the vibration reduction effect of the flexible device is evaluated.The installation of the flexible connection device is better to release the impact force of the fluid on the pipeline,and properly solve the problem of pipeline vibration,and apply in the forth phase adjustment project of the LD10-1 oilfield;(4)Comprehensive analysis,there will be much more use of the flexible devices in the safe production,daily life and other industries in the community.
