Metal-organic frameworks?MOFs?are composed of inorganic metal ions or metal clusters and organic ligands through the coordination bond to form a porous pore structure with molecular size.Metal organic framework, the new porous material, has attracted a lot of attentions over the past more than 10 years.Inorganic metal ions or metal clusters usually connected with orgsnic ligands by coordination bonds. The aromatic group or conjugated p moiety of the organic ligands emit light upon photoexcitation. In addition, metal ions or inorganic metal clusters will also participate in and enhance the photoluminescence effects. The appearance of luminescence MOFs?LMOFs?make photoluminescent properties more convenient to use and can be better applied to real life.Due to the unique ability of LMOFs to selectively capture analyte molecules, they have attracted a lot of attention and extensive research in many fields.Luminescence MOFs have potential applications in chemical sensing, photocatalysis, electroluminescent devices, biomedical imaging, and other fields. In this paper, two kinds of three-dimensional porous MOFs were synthesized by using carboxylic acid ligand 2,5-dihydroxy terephthalic acid.Compounds 1 and 2,Cd2?dhtp??DMF?2?Cd-MOF-74??1?,Zn2?dhtp??taz?2?2??dhtp=2,5-dihydroxy terephthalic acid,taz=1,2,4-triazole?.Both of which use 2,5-dihydroxy terephthalic acid and compound 2 is added to the auxiliary ligand 1,2,4-triazole.They both showed excellent properties in the small molecule sensing. We carried out the photofluorescence detection and selective adsorption of copper ions on compound 1,and compound 1 was able to detect it quickly and selectively adsorb copper ions in simulated biological fluids, showing high sensitivity and selectivity. We also carried out photofluorescence detection experiments on compound 2 with small molecules nitrobenzene and iron ions.Compounds 1 and 2 have excellent performance in photofluorescence sensing and can be potentially used in photofluorescence sensing of small molecules and ions.
