Perfluorinated octane sulfonates?PFOS?is a kind of typical perfluorochemicals,because of its potential harm to human body and the increasingly wide distribution in the environment,Scholars at home and abroad pay much attention to this phenomenon.Because of PFOS stable structure,conventional methods are difficult to remove it from the environment effectively.Water is the source of life,PFOS existing in water environment in long term may cause serious threat to the health of biological.Therefore,the research of PFOS effectively remove from water environment is significant to ensure public safety practically.Firstly,made GAC-Fe2+ materials by heat infiltrating method,made GAC-Fe0 materials by potassium borohydride reducing.Using X-ray diffraction?XRD?,Scanning Electron Microscopy?SEM?and?FITR?to characterize self-made composite material.Secondly,introduced Composite materials to ultraviolet light and heating system to activate persulfate then investigating the removal efficiency of PFOS in water.By comparing the different process,it is concluded that UV + GAC-Fe2 + + persulfate system and thermal + GAC-Fe0 + persulfate system all can removal PFOS effectively.What's more,analyzes the system of composite additive quantity,persulfate dosing amount,initial concentration of PFOS system pH value,system temperature on the removal effect.Finally studied the removal of two system dynamics,and the influence of various influence factors on the removal kinetics,The results of the study are as follows: The UV + GAC-Fe2 + + persulfate process to remove the apparent rate constant of PFOS 0.41?min-1?,correlation coefficient R2 = 0.93 and the heat + GAC-Fe0 + sulfate process of PFOS 0.48?min-1?remove the apparent rate constant,the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.92,The two system all satisfy The First kinetics model.Explored the removing mechanism that PFOS removal mainly because of active carbon adsorption and the effect of sulfate radical.
