A lot of stone resources is widely distributed in China,but stone material industry started later than abroad.Long-term rely on the tranditional experience for production,result in the low efficiency and resource waste and environment damage very serious that unable to convert resources into economic benefits.In order to improve the utilization rate of resources and protect the environment,the research of underground mining technology for stone is great significance to the development of stone industry and mining economy.This paper based on the forest of stone material to carry out underground mining technology research.Through analyze the characteristics of the underground mining stone.Analogy to the mature way of metal mines.Ensure the theoretically feasible that the method of mining is put forward for the underground stone mining.The existing stone sawing machinery is studied.According to its different characteristics,it is proposed that the combination method and the number of cutting equipment,that can be used to improve the utilization rate and shortening the mining time.And Ensuring the underground mining of stone is feasible by technically.Finally,according to the pioneering,cutting and mining methods proposed above,the fluent effect is simulated by fluent software,The proposed mining process is safe and feasible and indicates the relationship between ventilation and recovery in a similar chamber-type stope.In this paper,the research on the underground mining of stone is carried out.The feasibility of underground mining is verified by theoretically and technically,which provides a reference for further study of underground mining. |
