Research On The Mechanical Properties Of Rotary Drill Tool

In the process of drilling,the pre-design well track and the field drilling trajectory are different,especially when the real drilling trajectory deviates from the preset well trajectory,it is necessary to adjust the angle of the tool surface.The earlier the deviation is found,the easier it is to adjust the tool surface.Moreover,When the hole trajectory is not clean,or when the downhole viscous force that is easy to cause the pressure phenomenon,the pressure of the bottom hole will make the tool surface control difficulty.The rotary table controls the drill string to carry on the positive and negative rotation alternately,it may effectively reduce the pressure phenomenon of the bottom hole,if it adjust the tool surface,the difficulty is reduced.The basic control function of the electric rotary table is the most basic function,that is the safe drilling in the drilling process.It is mainly to realize the basic control of rotary table,including rotary speed control,positive and negative alternation control,and the orientation control based on adjusting the angle of tool face.The torque control function of the electric turntable,the detection signal transmission torque sensor,real-time feedback control in the process of drilling the rotary torque,prevent drilling pressure when excessive torque and output torque of the motor ground caused by excessive drilling accidents,affecting drilling effectively smoothly.In addition,The process of adjusting torque belongs to negative feedback control.In this paper,according to the functional characteristics of the electric rotary table,the friction torque model of each segment is established,and according to the characteristics of each segment model,the basic calculation equation of the stress model of the whole pipe string is established.And discussed the tube force reversal condition column in the turntable control.The model is analyzed and validated by the measured data of underground.Due to the different geological structure,this paper takes XJ24# as an example,its coefficient of friction is between 0.15 and 0.3,by taking the friction factor 0.2,0.25 and 0.3,the friction torque and the torque of turntable are solved by using the model.The general trend is consistent with the measured results.The friction torque model is established on the wells,drilling torque and drag prediction of wells,the prediction of friction and torque,Through the prediction of friction,torque and other work mechanics research,provide a mechanical basis for the study of downhole tool face control.
