| Liquid gunpowder high-energy gas fracturing technology can overcome the drawbacks that large-scale development of shale gas hydraulic fracturing evils,such as the shortage of water resources and water pollution,and optimization of the gunpowder formula is an important basis for the successful transformation of high energy gas reservoirs.Based on the influence of the combustion characteristics of liquid gunpowder on the fracturing of shale reservoir,this paper determines the applicable range and optimization direction of high energy gas fracturing liquid gunpowder,then through the combustion mechanism of liquid gunpowder,numerical simulation,P-t and Thermal bomb test to explore the performance characteristics,determine the optimum formula for apply to the shale reservoir.The results show : in the liquid gunpowder composition,the composition content and ratio of oxidant,incendiary agent and water content are the most important factors affecting the performance of powder liquid gunpowder.According to the results of liquid gunpowder performance parameters in theory,the theory formula of liquid gunpowder range nitrate: glycerol: water =5-6:1-2:2-3.Then through the P-t test and Thermal bomb experiment for different liquid formula can determine the optimum formula is ammonium nitrate: glycerol: water =6:1.5:2.5.Nano metal powder reduces the temperature of liquid gunpowder,and added ignition improver KNO3 can effectively change the ignition performance of liquid gunpowder.Moreover,the laboratory test results show that the safety factor is high and the operation risk is low.The research results of this paper have certain guiding significance for the optimization of the formula of high energy gas fracturing liquid gunpowder in shale gas reservoirs. |
