The heavy load of gearbox lifting unit is the key equipment to the offshore self-elevating platform,and the monitor and analysis of gearbox working state have significant effect on the safe and reliable operation of offshore self-elevating platform.This thesis is mainly motivated by the project of“The development and transformation of marine lifting unit gearbox prototype test system”in the keen offshore engineering Co.,Ltd.Combining with the working load monitoring of the big load of gear-rack,technical renovations to the monitoring system heavy load of gearbox lifting unit,so as to realize lifting gearbox lifting unit direct measurement of each physical quantity,thus it could provide technical guidance for the structural optimization,condition monitoring and safety evaluation of the existing offshore lifting units.This article main research content is as follows:(1)Through the on-site survey and literature review of marine gearbox lifting unit and its existing test technology,and based on the marine lifting gear box unit test system functional requirements,so as to determine the General test method and test scheme,and build the offshore lifting platform gear box unit testing system.(2)Designing the test system required for large load pin-axis transducer,including the design of the elastic body structure,the choice of strain gauge and its manufacturing calibration,at the same time using the workbench counter pin-axis transducer statics analysis.(3)At the industry field,installation and commissioning of the gearbox unit test system;At the same time,The monitoring experiments for up to 200 hours,data acquisition ?analysis? storage,implements the rise and fall of jack-up platform real-time monitoring,fault detection function.
