Oriented capability of the rotary closed-loop steering drilling tool is one of the key factors determine the success or failure of the tool.This paper analyses various influencing factors on the oriented capability of the rotary closed-loop steering drilling tool,proposed a control method based on eccentric mechanism of the rotary closed-loop steering drilling tool and verify that the control method is feasible in theory.According to motor has time-varying and highly nonlinear features,under the environment of Simulink,modeling and simulation the motor after added PID,found that the motor after added PID shorten the transition time and realized the fast start,reduced the adjusting error,entered a new steady state,satisfied the engineering needs.Using the SolidWorks software to establish three-dimensional model and electrical model of the rotary closed-loop steering drilling tool,using Labview software to establish the control program and the control front panel,through the unite simulation of SolidWorks software and Labview software and using the Newton interpolation method and the MATLAB software,verify the correctness of the control method,get multiple sets of data and the movement trajectory of guide shaft.Through the stress analysis to the rotary closed-loop steering drilling tool,get the eccentric mechanism force conditions.Using ANSYS software to analyze the inside eccentric ring force conditions,and carry out the inside eccentric ring pressure experiment,proved that the material can meet all requirements of the rotary closed-loop steering drilling tool.Study of the general structure of the rotary closed-loop steering drilling tool experimental device,according to the rotary closed-loop steering drilling tool work characteristics,clear and definite the experiment content,determined the experiment scheme,as a foundation for theoretical research.
