70% of the world's Ginkgo are from China since it is the origin and one of the birthplace of Ginkgo,however there are almost 7,600 tons of Ginkgo are abandoned every year in China,those abandoned Ginkgo Biloba can pollute the environment and even poisoning organism while it cant be full utilized.Ginkgo Biloba can produce a high quality of the biological pesticide while it can be used effectively.Therefore the research and utilization of phenolic compounds in Ginkgo Biloba play a very important role in the effective development of Ginkgo.The separation and purification of Ginkgolic Acid from Ginkgo Biloba was studied in this paper,in which it introduced the method of extraction of Ginkgolic Acid from Ginkgo Biloba by Highly Selective Extraction and optimized the extraction conditions,finally we obtained the method that the extraction rate of Ginkgo Biloba extract and Ginkgolide was as low as possible,and the Ginkgolic Acid was as high as possible.This article mainly from the following aspects:(1)The extraction of Ginkgolic Acid from Ginkgo Biloba was studied by using single solvent of Percolation method.The single factor test and orthogonal test were used to determine the extraction rate of Ginkgo Biloba,and the content of Ginkgo Biloba flavonoids and Ginkgolides in Ginkgo Biloba extract was determined at the same time.The effects of different single solvents,ratio of material to liquid,percolation speed and soaking time on the extraction rate of Ginkgolic Acid were investigated.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: petroleum ether as extraction solvent,ratio of solid to liquid was 1:60 g/m L,permeation rate was 1 m L/min,immersion time was 12 h,extraction rate of Ginkgolic Acid was 1.24%,recovery of Ginkgolic Acid Reaching was 85.52%,the content of Ginkgo Biloba flavonoids and Ginkgolides in Ginkgo Biloba almost remains same as before.(2)The extraction of Ginkgolic acid from Ginkgo Biloba was studied by using percolation method in the mixed solvent with different proportions.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 85% petrole?m ether-anhydrous ethanol as extraction solvent,ratio of material to liquid was 1:50 g/m L,percolation rate of 1 m L/min,soaking time was 8 h,,The ratio of material to liquid was the most important factor affecting the extraction rate of Ginkgolic Acid,followed by the percolation speed and soaking time had the least effect on the extraction of Ginkgolic Acid,and the extraction rate of Ginkgolic Acid was 1.29%.(3)The extraction of Ginkgolic Acid from Ginkgo Biloba was studied by ultrasonic assisted mixed solvent.The effects of different mixed solvents on Ginkgo Biloba flavonoids and Ginkgolides in Ginkgo Biloba were investigated by single factor.The results showed that 50% methanol-3% dilute hydrochloric acid mixed solvent had the best effect on the removal of Ginkgo Biloba flavonoids and Ginkgolides,while the Ginkgo Biloba acid extraction was almost unaffected,and then the ginkgo acid existed in residual Ginkgo Biloba was extracted by n-hexane.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of material to liquid was 1:24 g/m L,extraction time was 45 min,extraction temperature was 50?.Ginkgolic Acid extraction rate of 1.64%,high extraction rate,extraction time is short,less solvent consumption.
