The development of biochemical technology provides a strong support for promoting the transformation of industrial structure,solving the problem of energy shortage and improving the benefit of the social economic and so on.Fermentation process is the key link to improve the volume utilization and the product quality of Human Albumin fermentation equipment.In the whole process of biological fermentation,the control of feeding quantity is vital.The conventional parameters can be detected and controlled by the existing equipment,but the higher accuracy of detection and control can't be achieved.An adaptive differential evolution algorithm is used to optimize the feeding.The Interactive interface which is based on MATLAB and SC software realizes the real-time detection of the biological parameters and the real-time display of the best feeding.The biological parameters are detected and determining feeding rate in traditional fermentation which is inaccurate.The target is to optimize ammonia feeding rate,glycerol feeding rate and methanol feeding rate in different phase of fermentation process.The phenomenon of precocity and destroyed optimal solution is existed in the optimization process.Therefore,the adaptive mutation operator is introduced in mutation operation.The species diversity is kept in the early stage of evolution.The same,the destruction of optimal solution is avoided.The result of feeding is strengthened by the improvement of the self-adaptive differential evolution algorithm.To solve the problem of biological parameters' accuracy of detection and control,the server hung outside is used.This system realizes the connection with the scene.The improved system has a strong compatibility.The data communication between MATLAB and SC software is realized by OPC and the interaction interface is designed to realize the real-time soft measurement of cell concentration and product concentration come true,as well as the control function of feeding optimization.
