With the increase of coal-mining speed,supporting the coal roadway safely and rapidly has become an important part to furtherly promote the mechanization of coal mining.Due to the high cost,the hard work strength and the poor reliability,the traditional U-type arch support already can't satisfy the mechanized coal production process and the actual demand for high efficiency and hight yield,bolting with the advantages of convenient operation,low labor intensity,high reliability,low cost and so on,has become the mainstream of coal roadway supporting at current stage.At present,the airborne jumbolter is generally cooperated with the boring machine on the comprehensive tunneling working face,but the loading of the airborne bolt rig is easy to block the sight of the boring machine driver,There is a certain security risk;In addition,the loading of the airborne bolt rig increases the weight of the boring machine,increasing the possibility of the boring machine undercover.Based on the above situation,this paper puts forward the roadway anchor operation platform,which can effectively solve the above problems.Operation principle of roadway anchor operation platform is elaborated at first,which checked the number of bearing parts structure strength,mainly analyzed the strength of the work platform,the main beam,the operation platform and the supporting rocker arm under the condition of the load.According to the order of roadway anchor operation platform overall parameters and parts movement,the design improved the work platform leg,platform board,platform ink mechanism,hydraulic drawer and hydraulic legs,nalyzed and investigated the structure of airborne bolt rig,studied the function of each part of the drill,and elected the type of the anchor drill and hydraulic motor.Then,this paper analyzed the operation principle of the anchor drill,established the longitudinal movement model and the longitudinal vibration kinematics equation of the anchor drill,calculated the natural frequency of longitudinal vibration of drill string,analyzed the longitudinal vibration characteristics of drill string by using ANSYS software,which provide reference for the study of the stability of the drill string.And this paper researched the torsional vibration form of drill string,established a simplified physical model of torsional vibration of drill string and the mathematical model of torsional vibration of drill string,and also calculated the critical speed of the drillstring and the natural frequency of the torsional vibration.And this paper analyzed the torsional vibration characteristics of drill string by using finite element software,analyzed the influence of the cross section area of drill string and the length of drill string on its torsional characteristics,which provide reference for the research of torsional vibration characteristics of drill string.
