In this paper,the application of 19 coal mine water treatment technology in Longdong area is investigated and studied.According to the distribution and water distribution characteristics,finally selects 6 representative mine water treatment process,the technology,economy and environment in the operation process performance index.The source of mine water,the main pollutants and coal mine water quality classification was investigated and analyzed,summarized and main environmental problems of mine water treatment in Longdong area of influence.Construction of screening TOPSIS preference method based on the modified model,based on the technical index of different treatment for weight level calculation,combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP),The innovative use of the TOPSIS method based on attribute preference screening model to select the best feasible technology of coal mine water treatment in the study area.The technical problems and solutions in the process of treatment are put forward,which can provide reference and guidance for the application of coal mine water treatment engineering.The main results and conclusions are as follows:(1)The TOPSIS model was used to screen the BAT technology of mine water-treatment in Longdong mine area,among which the first three were scheme five,plan one and scheme two;The index calculated by eigenvector method was relative to target final weight W,The cost of process operation,SS,COD,BOD removal rate of weight accounted for a larger proportion.(2)According to the target and requirements of mine water treatment reuse,the industrial wastewater discharge standard can be achieved by using coagulation and sedimentation filtration for the high suspended solids mine water.In the water shortage area of the study area,coagulation+sedimentation+Filtration treatment,further use of reverse osmosis water treatment desalination,disinfection can be reused for drinking water and miscellaneous water.(3)In the light of the problems existing in the operation of the treatment process,this paper puts forward the relevant solutions:in order to solve the problems existing in the process of regulating the operation of the tank,reserve a certain amount of regulating tank capacity,play a role in regulating the pretreatment of the pool;Aiming at the problem of sludge treatment equipment,research,management and reuse to solve from sludge;for oily wastewater,on the one hand to control the oil pollutants from the source of production,on the other hand,from the technical level to solve the problem of oily wastewater;Aiming at the problem of water reuse,it is suggested to solve the problems from three aspects:the establishment of standards,the construction of reward and punishment system and the research of reclaimed water reuse technology;For the treatment of concentrated brine,it is recommended that after the first reduction of MVR,TV.(4)In the case of mine groundwater quality,the mineralization degree of groundwater quality is high,the mine water content is large,and the water reuse rate is high.The treatment technology of"supermagnetism and reverse osmosis"is used to deal with mine water,Environmental benefits are higher,in accordance with the4000m3/d calculation,the comprehensive benefits of 220.92million/a,according to the current Longdong coal reserves calculation,can save mine water content reached3.53×1011m3.Coal mine water treatment and reuse,is of great significance in reducing emissions and improving the status of mine water,the water quality of the environment conservation of water resources,slowing the decline of groundwater level and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of Longdong region economy etc.
