Pulse-jet ?160×6000mm Long Filter Bag Cleaning Performance

Long bag filter is a new trend in the development of industrial dust removal equipment,since it reduces the area covered by the dust collector and the running cost.However,it become more and more difficult to clean the dust with the increase of the length of the bag filter.In this paper on the basis of long bag filter pulse test bench build by myself,?160*6000 mm needle felt as the reseach object,the pressure peak value of the side wall is taken as the evaluation index of the ash cleaning intensity,and the standard deviation and variance are taken to be the evaluating indicators.Firstly,the optimal combination was obtained through the studying of jet parameters.The results show that the jet distance of 200 mm,jet nozzle of 16 mm aperture,jet pressure of 0.3 MPa,and the pressure peak valve under the parameters changes as follows:1.671 KPa,0.953 KPa,0.7 KPa,0.729 KPa,0.814 KPa,0.837 KPa and 0.866 KPa.Secondly,under the optional jet parameters,researching the influnce of cleaning function of long bag filter results in three different opening methods of jet entrance(9×?16 mm?2×?17 mm+4×?16 mm+3×?15 mm?2×?17 mm+5×?16 mm+2×?15 mm).The results show that:9×?16 mm all pressure peak valve of the side wall of the bag filter is meet the requirments of ash cleaning intensity.But the uniformity is not well.2×?17 mm+4×?16 mm+3×?15 mm uniformity is significantly improved,but measuring points that don't meet the requirments of ash cleaning intensity still exist.2×?17 mm+5×?16 mm+2×?15 mm,the pressure peak valve of the side wall of all measuring points remain stable.with good ash cleaning intensity and uniformity.Finally,2" electromagnetic valve was used to test the effect of different filtration area on ash cleaning performance under the jet pressure of 0.1?0.4 MPa.The comes out that the uniformity injection pressure,and with the same filtration area,the bigger the injection pressure,the worse uniformity.The jet pressure of 0.1 MPa can not meet the requirements of cleaning strength.Considering the uniformity of the cleaning,a filtration area of 33 m2 is preferred under the jet pressure of 0.4 MPa.And considering the air consumption of unit filtration area,thr optimal choice is filtration area of 27 m2 under the jet area of 0.3 MPa.
