| Coal-fired power plants are the main supply of electricity in China,and this situation will not change in the short term.Most of boilers of coal-fired power plant adopt pulverized coal combustion to generate electricity,among which distribution of secondary air of boilers affects the process of ignition and after-flaming of pulverized coal,which also directly affects the economical efficiency and reliability of power station boiler operation.Flow of exhaust gas and pollution emissions in clean flue gas purification after going through the gas desulfurization system in heat-engine plant are the important data for environmental protection surveillance.Therefore,it is very important to conduct study on features of flow field distribution in secondary air duct and clean flue gas purification in boilers and to realize accurate measurement.First of all,the paper,based on physical design and parameters of secondary air dust and clean flue gas purification of given power station boilers,adopts 3D modeling software Pro/E to establish reasonable structural model.Employ fluid mechanics module CFX of ANSYS Workbench software to conduct numeric analysis on established structural model to get flow distribution of gas,and conduct simulation and analysis on gas distribution under different experiment situation.Secondly,general flow measuring devices have a certain demands on the straight pipes before and behind the pipes under testing;when straight pipes could not meet the requirements,rectifier will be added to adjust them.The paper takes clean flue gas purification as experimental model,conducts numerical modeling study on the influence of form of rectifier,cross-section shape,height and length on rectification effect and resistance characteristic of rectifier,to provide the basis for accurate measurement of following flow measuring devices.Finally,design a self-cleaning total cross-section flow measuring device which has high measurement accuracy and the functions of soot cleaning and differential pressure signal amplification,and detailedly introduce the principle of measurement,physical design and installation of such measuring equipment. |
