Research Of Coordinated Development Of Grain Production And Ecological Environment In Henan Province

As the core production area of grain production in Henan Province,China has made great contributions to the protection of national food security.In 2015,the grain output of Henan province achieved "Twelve consecutive increase".In 2016,the grain output of Henan reached 59 million 466 thousand tons,still ranking among the nation.But over the years,with the process of food production emphasis on agricultural ecological environment is not enough,the extensive grain production caused a series of ecological environment problems,such as pollution of farmland soil gradually,compaction of agricultural pollution of surface water and groundwater reducing scarcity,leading to the occurrence of more surface subsidence and so on.Therefore,the CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of green development background,analysis of agricultural ecological environment in Henan Province,disrupt the status quo in-depth research,to realize the coordinated development of Henan province grain production and agricultural ecological environment,the transformation of grain production mode first,the protection of national food security,has important practical significance and long-term significance.Based on the study of grain production and agricultural ecological environment interaction theory which rely on the relation of the basic situation and characteristics of Henan province’s grain production and agricultural ecological environment were analyzed on grain production in Henan province extensive in order to improve the grain yield and the use of data analysis,such as the large dosage of fertilizer and pesticide abuse soil and water pollution,the use of plastic film to cause large-scale farmland pollution and other environmental problems are analyzed,the contradiction between grain production and ecological environment coordinated development of Henan province is not present.Using in-depth interviews research in recent years in Henan province to promote the coordinated development of grain production and ecological protection regulations promulgated by the relevant documents,and take some action measures and implementation,such as the implementation of "zerogrowth of pesticide and fertilizer action" to promote soil testing Fertilization start agricultural non-point source prevention and control actions,promote agricultural environmental protection the pilot work and so on,have summarized the achievement and existing problems.Then by using the method of combining theory and practice,according to the basic level of Henan Province,analyzing the present factors of grain production in Henan province and ecological protection of the coordinated development of the basic influence,proposed to increase the awareness of environmental protection publicity and improvement of green food production technology policy,improve relevant laws and regulations,establish and improve the agricultural ecological management mechanism is feasible the.Finally,the article is summarized and the future research directions are proposed.
