Heterocyclic compounds has a very wide range of application,the structure of heterocyclic compounds has ubiquitous in nature pharmacological and biochemical activity in value.At the same time,the allyl plays an important role for synthesis the drug molecule of biologically active structures,materials,molecules and natural products.In this paper,a method for the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds were explored,divided into the following five sections:Firstly,Quinolone compounds are a class of molecules flavonoids nitrogen heterocyclic compounds.In the past decade,2-phenyl-4-quinolone derivatives and related compounds have been studied extensively on Cytotoxicity and anti mitotic agents,antibacterial agents,anti-platelet drugs and cardiovascular generic drugs.The oxygen atom Replaced by a nitrogen atom,that will promote the favorable interaction of connected groups and biological active site.This is necessary to increase the quinolone compounds applied research efforts.In this section,we summarize the research progress of quinolone derivatives,primarily in its overview of the biological and medical aspects.Secondly,With the further development of organic synthesis,the allyl structure is an important structural element of many natural products,containing the introduction of functional groups.Allyl carbon-hydrogen bond reaction group,the alkylation reaction,the hydroformylation reaction,the reaction of an azide group are very effective in the synthesis of quinoline,isoquinoline,indole,the fused ring compound and derivatives.In this section,the allyl cyclization reaction was discussed with the nucleophilic reactions.Thirdly,Quinolone compounds and allyl structure play an important role in pharmaceutical intermediates and natural products.We successful attempt nitrogen allylacetophenone Ketones for synthesis of 1,2-two hydrogen substituted quinolone compound with BuOK.Open a new synthetic method for the types of further expanding thenitrogen heterocyclic compounds with mild conditions,simple materials,free-metal catalysts.Next,Taking into account the structure of the extended heterocyclic allyl compounds have great significance and heterocyclic compounds of importance for the life of the body.We use a transition metal compound to nitrogen allyl quinolones conducted experiments to explore.It was found that Pd,Cu allyl selectivity of these two metals in the quinolone molecule and heterogeneous migration has a positive effect.Finally,transition metals is important for the cyclization of containing allylic compounds,in organic synthesis of such as Pd,Au,Pt,Cu,Fe of allylic activation has the very good effect,resulting in the pesticide,medicine and other valuable aspects of hybrid compounds.We explore this allyl-containing compounds with amines compound addition,the cyclization reaction.
