| Global change is a common challenge facing mankind today,The phenomenon of global warming in these years has become an indisputable fact,There is a global problem in the international society,The Tibet Plateau is located in the third world,There is the unique geographical location,The wetland ecosystem is known as the kidney of the earth,The wetland ecosystem is very important for the role of adjusting the climate,The response to global change is very sensitive in the wetland ecosystem in Tibet Plateau,Because of the characteristics of the China and global climate can’t be ignored the feedback regulation,It has great influence on the potential of global greenhouse gas emissions,The background of global warming for wetland Effect of ecosystem and consequences of the current academic focus become hot research fields.The ecological system of different types of wetland ecosystem in Tibetan Plateau warming and atmospheric nitrogen deposition relationship between greenhouse gas emissions under the influence of the response is not clear yet,The have different types of natural wetland in the Tibet plateau region,River wetland research the object tries to study the three major greenhouse gases observe the temperature increase of nitrogen status in different time scale simulation,To explore the key factors affecting of greenhouse gas emissions in wetland ecosystem and its regulation way possible and find the way to protect Wetland and restoration of relevant management departments to provide a theoretical basis.The research contents and results are as follows:The research carried out in Haibei County of Qinghai province,Nearly of the Qinghai Lake basin,Including the types of River wetland and the River wetland.From May 2016 to September 2016,The static and dynamic characteristics of CO2,CH4 and N2 O gas were measured by static chamber method.And the addition of nitrogen and the interaction of the temperature to compared with the natural state.The results showed that there are three kinds of greenhouse gases all showed emission during the determination of the greenhouse gases in the wetland of the two types.In the growing season in the two block test zone we carried out the warming,the nitrogen,the warming and nitrogen interaction of four kinds of treatments,The high temperature treatment on soil CO2 fluxes were improved,The soil CO2 emission flux temperature increasing nitrogen treatment can obviously improve the interaction,Overall CO2 emissions.Warming nitrogen addition area> Warming area>Nitrogen area> Control area.Nitrogen,Warming and Nitrogen of the soil N2 O and CH4 fluxes were significantly higher than that of the natural control group.The growth season,The emissions of Lake wetland CO2 and N2 O was larger than the River wetland,It is not significant difference in the early growing season and the end of growth season.The flux of CH4 emission in summer,There is often in the flooded state of the lake wetland is obviously higher than the River wetland,The flux of CH4 emission is difference between two kinds of wetland and the grassland ecosystems.The temporal and spatial variation in different time scales,Diurnal variation for greenhouse gas emissions have a significant effect in the course of the day,The greenhouse gas emissions in noon peak value is low in the morning and evening with sunset and sunrise.For the season,With the start of the growing season,The greenhouse gas emissions increased gradually,It reached the peak of the growth season in July August,The rear discharge rate decreased gradually,The seasonal temperature,moisture,sunshine time Vegetation growth status and other factors have an impact on greenhouse gas emissions. |
