Metal core component damage due to radiation(Radiation Damage)and the formation of radiation-induced missing gap(Radiation Induced Defects)In exceptional work environment, bit like a metal material dislocation loops extending crystal defects(dislocation loops)and a second precipitate(Secondary Phase precipitates),etc.at a high temperature radiation will increase the movement of dislocations so that the voids and the precipitate shape change, promote the dislocation together into the micro cracks, precipitate from the group formed cavity defects, and that leads to change the overall material mechanical properties.s among the binomial Youyi ferrite precipitation pressure vessel(Ressure Vessel Ferritic Alloys)in the most important copper precipitation[1],which will have a significant impact on the material properties, including the yield stress(Yield Stress)and ductility(Ductility),etc. Therefore,to understand the mechanism of dislocation motion can be estimated life of the power plant components, analyze the distribution of precipitation and empty position on the micro-cracks can predict the location, which greatly reduces the difficulty of maintenance equipment and the workpiece.Osetsky and Bacon recently studied at the atomic scale motion characteristics of edge dislocations distances[2],which includes:applying a motion under the influence of a constant increase in shear stress or shear strain of constant dislocation,at different temperatures dislocation effects, affect the precipitation of the existence in order to further refine the process to obtain more accurate motion data, simulate paper and cavities when co-precipitation of copper presence, the case under the influence of the different positions of the dislocation movement, adsorption during exercise shear stress is analyzed in detail.the critical shear stress is analyzed, while the stiffness of the material under different conditions to change the situation analyzed.
